Responsibilities and Duties :
- Account management of existing customers
- Daily calling to leads generated from digital marketing & other channels for achieving monthly targets
- Providing on-call training on how to use our App to new as well as existing customers
- Market research
- Lead generation
Key Skills :
- Spoken English & Telecall etiquettes
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Telesales experience (mandatory)
- Minimum graduate
- Good English communication skills mandatory
