Inclusion Software Solutions - Executive - Business Development/Online Bidding (1-3 yrs)
- Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals like Upwork, freelance, guru, pph and managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels.
- Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
- Writing Proposal/Costing/Negotiations/prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
- Preferred experience of bidding on major technologies like Angular, React.js, Node.js, PHP.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Excellent communication in English, having experience dealing with foreign clients.
- Should preferably be from a technical background IT Industry.
- Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
