Inceptica - Executive - Inside Sales (2-7 yrs)
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Lead generation through cold calls, expected to make at least 45 calls per day.
- Use of Zoho CRM, Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Lusha on day to day basis.
- Extensive use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for market research of different verticals.
- Running quarterly email campaigns for extensive market reach.
- Extensive account mapping involved for targeted industry base.
- Qualifying leads using BANT or SCOTSMAN'S strategy.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the BDM's for further development and closure.
- Achieve quarterly quotas for booking meetings with CXO level contacts.
- Identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Skills Required :
- Sales tools like CRM & Sales Navigator, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding and other Lead Generation tools.
- Building Relationships, People Skills, Data Entry Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
