Inbound Sales Development Role - IT (1-2 yrs)

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for working really closely with the marketing team. Your main tool will be Hubspot, receiving the leads that came from marketing campaigns. It will be your responsibility to check those, call them and follow up. You will partner with Account Executives to understand maintenance managers' minds and how our data and sensor can save the customer from costly failures to use your approach. Responsibilities :

- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives

- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

- Perform the initial contact, by phone and email, with our potential customers, who arrive through Marketing

- Update all information in our CRM and perform constant follow-up of customers

- Have a direct relationship with the product team to qualify the customer according to their pains and needs

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field

- 1+ years of experience in a phone sales role OR a driven and eager to learn new grad who thrives in fast paced, constantly-changing environments

- The ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone

- Excellent listening and communication skills (written, on the phone, and in-person) and are comfortable speaking to anyone

- Attention to detail, follow-up, goal-oriented approach, time management as well as strong planning and organization skills

- Bonus Points

- SaaS or B2B experience

- Experience with Hubspot, and/or other CRM

- Having already worked at industries or Engineering fields
