As an UPSTOX Inbound Process Executive at Eureka Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to clients of UPSTOX, a leading financial services company. Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Support : Handle inbound calls from UPSTOX clients, addressing their queries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Issue Resolution :- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to account management, trading, technical glitches, and other inquiries effectively.

3. - Product Knowledge : Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of UPSTOX products, services, and platform functionalities to assist customers efficiently.

4. - Compliance Adherence : Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while assisting clients and handling sensitive information.

5. - Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions in the company's database.

- Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Customer-centric : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and provide effective solutions.

Problem-solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and digital tools. Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
