Telesales Role - Inbound/Outbound Sales (2-5 yrs)
LoanTube is hiring for experienced telecallers for its UK based Inbound & Outbound Sales process. You must have prior hardcore sales experience for UK/US.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
- Greet website visitors & customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures & wordings.
- Handling sales and service calls for UK based financial company
- Understand customer requirements
- Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
- Directly responsible to generate the revenue
- Help the customers to complete the user journey in order to receive the financial products.
- Support customers across different Financial Products & Services.
- Take multiple Inbound Calls of prospective business customers, qualify the leads and explain the type of service or product offered.
- Take feedbacks & reviews from successful customers.
- Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly sales & productivity targets
- Proven experience in an international sales domain or other customer services/sales role.
- Experience in handling calls & Both inbound & Out Bound Sales Process
We are looking for :
- Experienced telecallers/call centre executives with prior sales experience for UK or US.
- You should have a strong interest or understanding of sales & marketing and brand management.
- You should have high attention to detail and process-driven sales.
- Academic excellence at all stages throughout school and University education with a passion for research and innovation
- Technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non- academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
- Fluent spoken English language skills
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Superior customer service skills and teamwork
- Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
Note: Candidates must have minimum 2 years of working experience in other international inbound or outbound sales processes.
