ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a sales development representative for our business in India. This will start as an IC role with the opportunity to move into a leadership position for the SDR team and build your career at the intersection of SaaS & Fintech

You will :

- Identify potential customers for inai after understanding our value proposition in detail.

- Utilise your network, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives (AEs)

- Work with a team of junior SDRs and Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

- Be extremely diligent in terms of your outreach, and lead qualification before handing over to AEs.

What are we looking for?

- 3-5 years experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals and meeting /exceeding quotas

- Strong communication skills via phone and email

- Drive- we are growing fast and would prefer someone who wants to take their career to the next level with us.

- Ability to leverage network or other channels to identify and qualify new leads.

- Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of a technical product

- Attention to detail, ability to put a systematic process in place to qualify, follow up and close meetings.

- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sale organization.
