Position Overview :

- In this role, you will assist in creating and executing, innovative, edgy and disruptive marketing strategies for multiple alcoholic beverage brands. You- ll be responsible to deeply understand each brand, have an independent view on how to shape it, and voice that brand accurately across all our marketing and promotional campaigns. You will also identifying and drive growth opportunities, foster creativity all while delivering on business goals.

- Manage and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build and maintain social media presence of the brands

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Build branding initiatives online, Manage Social Media Platforms, interactions/engagement,

- Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to leverage engagement opportunities with prospects, customers, and other influencers.

- Developing and executing a comprehensive content promotion/syndication strategy focused on high-quality content.

- Run lead generation based ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Managing Ad Campaigns, Social Media & Google Analytics Goals & generate reports. Execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.

- Write blogs and articles

- You will run creative marketing direction with a focus on digital, mobile, video, social assets and creative development. To that effect, will also own the creative execution of all our marketing campaigns. Simply put, she/he will be responsible for all marketing and advertising content to be pushed on Digital Platforms such as Facebook to YouTube, Instagram to Snapchat and beyond. More importantly, He/she will be fully responsible to own these campaigns from insights to copy.

- You- ll constantly push the limits to change the way their brand connects with its audience. This is a unique opportunity that will allow you to flex your marketing muscles from media to creative and brand marketing.

Responsibilities :

- You will champion creativity and be the brand steward

- Develop and implement strategic, creative solutions spanning Digital, Mobile, Video, Social Assets, Print and products

- Design new ideas/concepts to drive new business + provide strategic and creative recommendations

- Establish and drive compelling marketing content cross-channels and platforms by leveraging creative assets

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience of art direction and content creation, with a minimum 2 years of experience in working with a brand

- Bachelors/Master's degree from a top-tier Indian or Global Institute

- Driven individual, with lots of ownership and dreams in her eyes

- Entrepreneurial spirit; highly collaborative; able to juggle competing deliverables

- Can handle high volume; flexible; doesn't fold under pressure; resourceful
