Overview :

- As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, strategizing to meet those needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to maximize client retention and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Understand client needs and objectives to effectively propose solutions and drive value.

Account Growth and Development :

- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional products or services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

- Strategize and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Strategic Planning :

- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

- Utilize market insights to develop strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities.

- Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market demands.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Effectively communicate client needs and requirements internally, ensuring alignment across departments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key stakeholders to assess account health and address any issues.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

- Prepare and present regular reports to management summarizing account performance and highlighting areas for improvement.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize account potential.

Minimum : 5 years experience in key accounts managing.
