Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a valid degree in Marketing, with specialization in Digital Marketing, coupled with 4-6 years of proven experience managing large budgets ranging from 1-3 crore. The primary responsibilities of this role will revolve around developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

- Create compelling and engaging content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.

- Monitor trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with specialization in Digital Marketing.

- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing large budgets (1-3 crore).

- Expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in retention marketing strategies would be a plus.
