ImpactGuru - Assistant Manager - Partnership/Sales (3-5 yrs)
Position : Assistant Manager- Partnerships
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing partnerships within hospital ecosystem
- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts along with Key Account Managers
- Managing and nurturing partner relationships
- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI
- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners
- Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issues
- Inter-departmental coordination on partnership initiatives
- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments
Skills Required :
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.) would be a plus
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
