Impact IT Solutions - IT Sales Role (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements :
- MBA degree or currently pursuing an MBA.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of selling & marketing Software Products & meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools (Not Mandatory).
