Position Title: Content Manager

Location: Mumbai. Travel, as circumstances warrant

Reporting Manager: Chief of Staff, COO, CEO & Co-Founder(s)

We hustle Monday to Friday (1st & 3rd Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities : 

1. Take ownership of scouting for new ideas and storylines. Development of concepts and formats both in house and with external partners

2. Develop and implement content marketing strategies for social media to build stronger brand awareness and drive engagement and organic growth

3. Developing ideas and content for blogs and articles adhere to SEO standards, social media, and the company website

4. Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation purposes; stay up to date on SEO and on-page optimization best practices

5. Analytically drive insights for consistent improvement of content in all channels and meticulously track critical behavioral and performance metrics.

6. Understand the market, customers, their challenges, and build business cases for new content categories and types

7. Devise commercial partnerships with key media in the region to deliver advertorials, research, events - virtual and in-person.

8. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and content writers/agencies to deliver concise and elegant product copy across our digital ecosystem. This includes our website and landing pages, apps, SMS and push notifications, emails.

9. Creating a content calendar to streamline communication through the month

Pitching ideas for social media campaigns and taking ownership of communication once the idea is approved

10. Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content and tracking progress across writing, design, and publication.

11. Assisting in content marketing initiatives like a blog, case studies, lead magnets, landing pages so on and so forth

12. Identifying and removing roadblocks in executing any content project and getting work done

13. Working with the content lead to making sure the entire content workflow is error-free and efficient.

Qualifications :

Bachelors/Masters in Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field or any relevant field (Mandatory)
