- We are looking for a self-starter and goal-oriented team player with a - Can Do- attitude. Incumbent shall be able to multi-task. he must have 1-5 years of relevant experience and should be able to identify issues and work to resolve.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure the team delivers high level of customer service to bring in Customer retention and Loyalty

- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to facilitate further expansion of business with existing customers.

- Ensure the team takes ownership, engages with the customer to deliver the best

- Coordinate and collaborate with the heads to resolve any issues related to customer retention and to find ways of further improving customer retention.

- In- depth understanding of the customer profile, synthesizing findings, and deploying effective business strategies to drive retention and improve customer satisfaction results.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills are needed in order to come up with solutions to the customer's problems.

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Ability to multitask

- Must have excellent time management skills

- Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
