Job Description:

We are looking for driven Business Development Executive who can onboard new NGOs and non-profits working towards social causes in India and participate in efforts to increase new campaign creators. The role is a fulltime role based out of our Mumbai office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Play an active role to support the business development function to ensure the growth of the startup

- Onboard new startup, help startup create campaigns and identify attractive programs for fundraising

- Set up partnerships for online and offline events

- Conduct research, company and/or industry experts- interview, survey and/or on-site visit, and market and competitive analysis

- Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators

- Organize and attend meetings with startups to provide guidance to make the campaign successful.

- Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed

Requirements:

- Enrolled in Business/Management Studies/Social Sector studies

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Ability to multitask

- Must have excellent time management skills

- Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
