The role is a full-time role based out of Mumbai, India

- We're building a platform that is driven by the empathy and generosity of the crowd. We host medical patients and social change-makers who need funds to save lives and change the world.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible to convert the inbound leads and outbound leads ( Medical, Non-Medical or NGO Leads)

- Responsible to achieve daily, weekly & monthly set targets

- Ability to make 40 - 50 calls or more in a day

- Respond, manage & resolve end to end customer queries of inbound and outbound

- Communicate and increase the participation of the customer to fundraise on the platform

- Communicate with customers through series of actions ( either via phone calls, email or chats)

- Develop long-lasting relationships with the customers that exceed the company and customer experience

- Follow SOPs and adapt new processes

- Collaborating with multiple teams, understanding the process and seamless integrating sales & customer service

Basic Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline

- 1 or 2 years of experience as a sales executive, customer service executive, or operations associate

- Experience in handling customer calls

- Experience working on CRM- s

Desired Skills

- Impeccable written & oral communication skills in English & Local Language

- Target oriented & hunger for personal growth and overall development

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Should have worked in a team environment

- Ability to convince & convert customers

- Ability to multitask

- Excellent time management skills

- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft tools (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)

- An extreme level of flexibility and adaptability to new tasks & environments

- Responsible, Capable & has the ability to work independently

- Logical Thinker and look to solve problems in a strategic way

- Basic Analytical skills will be added bonus

- Basic Understanding of what we do at Impact Guru
