Experience : 2 to 4 Years
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or comparable sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Contact businesses by telephone to promote the services and generate leads.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the client's requirements
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Persuade the clients to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in the CRM.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Leverage Linkedin and various other innovative platforms to reach out to potential clients
