Head -BA Channel - East
The incumbent will be based out of Kolkata and responsible for business through the Beauty Advisor channel - Modern Trade, Stand Alone GT, beauty outlets for the region. This includes,
1. Recruiting and building a team of promoters in key cities such as Kolkata, Ranchi,Bhubaneswar
2. Creating both product and sales training material, conducting trainings, increasing productivity of advisors to help them achieve their sales targets
3. Working with the marketing team for sales support and point of purchase promotion
4. Working with the marketing team to strategize and execute media & on ground brand activation for the region
Being a fast growing start up establishing itself in Eastern Region, the role is a mix of strategy and execution with aspects of marketing, training, business, and channel development providing scope for innovation & hands on leadership.
