- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Maintaining Customer Relationship

- Ready to do fieldwork

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- Revenue Generation: Evaluate current sales performance and identify ways an organization can expand and grow. 


- Market Research: Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

- New client Acquisition: Researching prospective accounts in target markets through networking, database, market intelligence or reference from existing clients.
