Responsibilities :

- Contacting warm leads assigned which are generated through various platforms for conversion.

- Generating revenue by counselling prospects and converting the given leads to enrollments.

- Undertaking inquiries, pitching the various courses and programs, highlighting the placement MNC's tied up, over telephonic discussion, email, chats, etc.

- Answer questions about products/certifications and deliver to the needs of the prospect.

- To be a single point of interface for all prospects till conversion and be responsible for the entire process

- Achieve set targets

- Preparing monthly reports and managing a central CRM software.

Please note :

- This role is highly eligible for monthly incentives and performance bonuses too.

- No field sales
