- iB Arts Pvt Ltd. is hiring an E-commerce merchandiser for a reputed US firm to work from Kolkata Location (night shift).

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Support in seasonal buying

- To manage and maximize sell thru & other merchandising KPI

- Responsible for inventory management and stock consolidation

- Creation of Purchase orders and sending to vendors

- Keep track of inventory on the website and following up on maintaining stocks

- Monitor slow sellers, inventory efficiency and take corrective action with team

- To manage and execute all in season activities like stock management, Billing, Open order management etc

- Support range selection and planning as per the business plan

- Accountable with the merchandising manager for overall business scenario analysis

- Monitor and report competition data & market trend highlight

- Analysis of previous season data and maintain the same for future planning's

- Identify production and supply difficulties & plan possible solutions

- Be the interface within various functions

Required Skills : 

- Strong analytical and numerical skill to work out budgets and understand sales figures

- Ability to plan and priorities with sound decision making

- Excellent communication skill

- MS office Excel and PPT

- Zoho cloud software

- Confident & creative

- Ability to work well as a part of team and to build and maintain effective working relationship with range of people
