Client Engagement at iimjobs.com:

A company going through an exponential growth track, just does not need old school "Account Managers" but someone more than that. If Sales brings the customers on board, Client Engagement make the customers stay for long term. A Client Engagement Manager owns the customer right from the point of inception all the way to the entire life-cycle of the customer which includes client on-boarding, usage tracking & reporting and relationship building meetings.

Position: Manager - Client Engagement

Reporting: Lead - Client Engagement (SME)

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Delhi

Qualification: MBA/PGDM/Equivalent Education

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the post-sales relationship with the assigned portfolio of clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

- Own complete ownership of the accounts, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.

- Drive in-person client meetings, on-boarding session, presentations, and Webinars.

- Renewal Growth and Churn Management

- Identification of Cross Sell/Up Sell opportunities.

- Monitoring engagement/account health and tracking usage.

- Liaison with internal teams for a smooth service delivery.

- Update CRM tool on regular basis to capture information, tasks, and activities related to portfolio accounts.

Competencies:

- Self starter, an ability to work in a fast growing, challenging start-up workspace

- Excellent communication, presentation & documentation skills

- Outgoing and garrulous as it is a client facing role

- Strong analytical skills to derive data-driven insights for better decision making

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Hands on experience with MS Office and G-Suite

- Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail

- Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference
