Customer Support Executive (1 - 3 Years)

Who We Are Looking For ?

On a serious note, the key competencies we are looking for would be :

- A highly customer oriented team member who can own up the customer engagement process end to end

- A hustler who can add value to a unique product in the fitness space leveraging data to help the Management make an informed decision

- Ideally, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, knowledge in customer service practices and a passion for delighting the customer every time. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and prior experience of preparing MIS would be compulsory.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer grievances within the agreed timeline

- Maintain, identify gaps and improve workflow of customer support infrastructure as per the service level agreement

- Manage high call flow, inbound and outbound

- Address customer queries

- Provide chat support Web/Mobile

- Stretch working hours during peak time

- Be able to prioritize works and execute on time

- Should be good at Communication (English/Hindi/Telugu)

- Must have good working experience on Excel, writing emails (escalations/grievances/answer queries/updates to Management)

- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services

- Maintains customer records by updating account information

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
