IIFL - Customer Service Officer - Complaints Handling - Insurance Vertical (3-6 yrs)
Job Description - Relationship officer / Relationship Manager.
- Responsible for capacity building at branch level
- Generate referrals from prospects/ customers and build own pipeline and increase the size of the funnel Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
- Listen to customers- feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities
Candidate Requirements :
- Should be a Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Leadership skills.
- Should have at least 3-6 years of experience on paper in sales.
- Should be from an Insurance (life, health) background. (Preferred)
- Should be fluent in English or Hindi and Marathi or any regional language.
