IIDE - Senior Associate - Social Media Marketing (2-6 yrs)
Job Brief :
Responsible for managing + executing content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Build and execute social media marketing strategies. Working with our marketing team to design and create the campaign test to communicate the results to using the data to inform future business decisions.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, video team, etc.) to create engaging social media content (Stories, posts, reels, etc).
2. Planning, Creation, and Publishing of YouTube videos.
3. Managing ORM of IIDE's Social Media.
4. Creating the entire campaign, shooting it out, monitoring it, and analyzing it.
5. Measure output and revise digital marketing strategies from time to time.
6. Takedown any other activities from your reporting manager as and when required.
7. Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go-getter)
Required Experience and Qualifications :
1. 2+ Years of experience in Social Media Marketing
2. Data Analysis & Strategic thinking
3. Basics of Adobe design tools - Illustrator & Photoshop
4. Industry knowledge of Digital Marketing
5. Good Communication
