IIDE is looking for a Corporate Relations & Outreach Manager with a proven track record of expanding hiring partner networks across digital marketing agencies & brands for student success across all course offerings.

Job Function:

- Effectively understand and communicate the IIDE value proposition to hiring partners

- Reach out to agencies, local brands,& other clients, and onboard them for hiring from IIDE

- Schedule discussions, mass mails, create proposals for follow up for lead generation and cold calling to maximize student outcome

- Prospecting & Database building via LinkedIn

- Ability to draft action-driven email copies

- Work independently to identify potential new leads (organizations who will hire talent from us at no cost), build lists, and do the initial outreach

- Understand the hiring requirements of the associated Digital/Media Agencies and cater to them with the relevant candidates

- Extensive internet research across job portals and networking sites

- Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student success

- Shortlisting candidates for the relevant job openings, forwarding their profiles and following up with the recruiters

- Organizing Placement drives & identifying jury from industry for the students final presentations towards the end of the course

- Submitting monthly Outreach & Student success reports to the management

Skills Required :

- 2+years of experience working in high-growth companies

- A strong understanding of digital marketing and recruitment trends

- Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them

- Track record in establishing & maintaining relationships with large organizations

- Passion to work with people and work across the organization to drive end results

- High standards of excellence and attention to detail

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Experience using Google suite and CRM tools

Qualification:

Graduate - Any stream

Experience in managing placements & corporate relations will be a plus
