IFP - Content & Social Lead (5-8 yrs)
- Hone a deeper understanding of different art forms, culture and current trends across different social media platforms.
- Create an annual roadmap for content across all platforms with defined KPIs and an execution plan to achieve them.
- Define brand language and tonality and ensure it's communicated across the social, website, emails, copies and other IP content.
- Jam with visual team to create new ideas to create regular monthly videos across platforms.
- Lead design and tonality consistency across all platforms, comms & posts.
- Proofread all team content and hone ownership for everything on social.
- Work with the team to define clear roles, tasks and timelines for them.
- Ensure the team has understood their assignment.
- Proof read the final design/video
- Ensure it is the same as pre-visualised and up to IFP standards
- If there are any differences, communicate with the team and get it solved
- Design campaigns and calendar inclusive of the creator community of IFP across social media platforms that set new trends.
- Enable the team to communicate with followers, respond to comments/DMs in a timely manner
- Oversee social media accounts' design
- Quickly adapt and implement new features
- Create constant collaborations with leading communities and voices to create culture shaping content.
- Develop and maintain relations with leading Social Media Influencers and creative Social Media Pages that dabble in amazing content.
- Initiate healthy discourse on IFP's social media handles and drive it to fruitful outcomes for all parties involved.
- Design and execute collaborations with IFP's creators and challenge winners promoting their excellence.
- Measure weekly and monthly metrics across all social media platforms and report. Enable positive growth and make plans to continue growth on month on month basis.
- Engage in quarterly keyword tracking & brand mindshare analysis.
