We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead professional who will be responsible for the next phase of our growth. You will be part of business development team to bring in sustainable financial growth through sales and creating strong relationships with the customers.

Sales Manager will work in-sync with Colleges, University & Academy through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure for new business opportunities.

You should be a go-getter with a good business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills with an ability to drive the business to success in the competitive market.

Responsibilities :

- Work in-sync with Colleges, University & Academy through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure for new business opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets and enhance organization's market share in a highly competitive market.

- Develop and mentor a strong sales team

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Strong understanding of selling Courses to Colleges, University & Academy

- A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.

- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.

- Ability to forge relationships with sales leaders and reps. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

- Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint.

- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Should have a track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives.

- Confidence under pressure especially within tight timelines.
