Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns and increasing online revenue.
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar tools is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) on Amazon.
- Oversee Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments, ensuring compliance with Amazon's requirements.
- Verify and update product details, descriptions, images, and prices across all e-commerce platforms.
- Regularly review and enhance listing quality to reflect product updates and improvements.
- Manage and execute updates to the product catalog, including new product listings and modifications.
- Ensure consistent and accurate listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, adapting content as necessary.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms (e.g., sponsored products, brand ads).
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to product listings.
- Track advertising and sales campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure e-commerce strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders across platforms.
- Track inventory across all e-commerce channels to prevent stock issues and optimize stock levels based on sales forecasts.
- Offer insights for production planning based on inventory data and sales trends.
- Implement and maintain regular updates to product information and images, ensuring current and accurate listings.
- Create and execute strategies for improving product visibility, sales performance, and overall e-commerce success.
- Work with marketing, logistics, and other teams to ensure cohesive e-commerce operations and alignment with business goals.
- Handle relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to support e-commerce activities.
