IFA Global - Manager - Digital Marketing (7-8 yrs)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (BFSI) with Hands on experience across digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, Analytics, content marketing, b2b marketing.

This is very much a hands-on role, with a clear purpose of campaign management & execution (ROI driven).

The successful candidate will be responsible for

1. Strategy, creation, implementation, management of B2B digital marketing campaigns.

2. Source evaluate and test new user acquisition channels to grow and diversify sources of traffic.

3. Improve user acquisition and lead generation to efficiently grow our customer base.

4. Design a user on boarding process that leads to high user engagement and ultimately retention.

5. Track and analyse results to identify optimization opportunities to increase conversion and new users.

6. Run B2B marketing strategy & campaigns. Own content strategy.

Requirements

1. Google analytics & AdWords qualified

2. Passionate and driven with at least 7-8 years of hands on experience in SEM, SEO, Analytics, digital marketing.

3. Prior experience in a digital marketing/agency/B2B company preferred.

4. Experienced in owning and driving a marketing function with a very hand on approach.

5. Experienced in digital analytics, data management and executive level reporting.
