Role and Responsibilities of this Profile :

- Your key responsibility will be to drive end to end product development, future roadmap, releases, upgrades, user experience, user analytics user growth and product excellence for iPrep

- Drive Team Coordination, Team Building, Team Alignment and Team Productivity in all domains including dev, design, content, delivery & support, keep an overall eye on progress of every aspect of the product to steer in the right direction

- Suggest and improve product solution over time based on user insight, competitive landscape

- Develop and Enhance product management systems in all aspects

- Carry a result oriented and business focussed attitude, ensure all features, deliverables and user requirements to be fulfilled as per business needs

- Take ownership of iPrep and its way forward as per the product vision and roadmap

- This role would involve a lot of self-driven sharp and focussed work with end-to-end responsibility of iPrep and its Growth

- We are a growth phase startup and therefore the need of the hour is a hands-on and proactive approach for everything related to product management.

Remuneration: The CTC will be a combination of fixed monthly salary plus an annual bonus. Proposed CTC would be depending on the experience and fitment.
