About us :
- iDesign.Market is an online marketplace and SaaS business dedicated to home renovation & interior design. The company has been funded by Angel Investors and leading tech entrepreneurs who are a part of our advisory board also. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
Job Location : New Delhi
Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales.
Job Remuneration : Rs.20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month + Incentives.
Responsibilities :
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Aim to preserve customers and renew plans
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Cater upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew plans
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Qualifications :
- Experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred
- Experience in SaaS companies with hands-on generating Leads.
- Proven experience in Business development
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
