Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic startup team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating new leads, pitching our B2B solutions to manufacturers, and closing sales. If you are passionate about technology and have a knack for building relationships, this is an exciting opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Utilize digital channels, including social media, online platforms, industry forums, and databases, to identify and generate high-quality leads.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries, verticals, and key decision-makers within manufacturing companies.

- Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies and campaigns to expand our customer base.

- Develop and maintain a database of target companies and decision-makers to engage with prospects effectively.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation initiatives and leverage content marketing efforts.

Pitching Company's B2B Solutions :

- Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, such as cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and other relevant platforms.

- Articulate the value proposition of our B2B solutions tailored to the specific needs and pain points of end customers.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our technology.

- Effectively communicate the competitive advantages of our solutions and address client inquiries or objections.

End-to-End Sales Closure and Follow-ups:

- Qualify leads through in-depth needs analysis, ensuring alignment between client requirements and our solutions.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to closing the deal, including negotiating pricing, contract preparation, and obtaining signed agreements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and facilitate upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the Technology, B2B solutions, SAAS or Manufacturing space.

- Strong digital acumen and proficiency in leveraging various digital channels for lead generation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and challenges, and an understanding of how technology solutions can address these needs.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Proficient in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
