- Oversee operational performance of multiple clients ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines along with focus on quality of work getting delivered.
- Responsible for managing client expectations on all aspects of digital marketing
- Advise clients on their digital strategy and resolve issues if any
- Mentor and motivate the team by providing them constant feedback and conducting reviews
