Ideapoke - Inside Sales Executive (5-7 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate inside sales professionals to manage sales within the designated territory in the US Market. The person will be responsible for driving sales of SaaS product to various personas within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. Shift timings for this position will be in between 6pm to 8am IST based on the territory. This individual will be responsible for creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls..

Key Responsibilities:

- Executing sales strategy and expanding customer base by scouting leads, prospecting and conducting demos.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Working internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.

- Track record of over-achieving - meeting- quota

- Ability to use key business insight in phone based conversations and help align business need

- Ability to plan the day effectively with strong focus on meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly meeting numbers

- Updating CRM, post demo feedback and other internal sales management processes

- Proficient with web presentation tools like Webex, Skype etc.

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Strong B2B product awareness and knowledge of customer mind-sets

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Self-driven and high on confidence in his/her own abilities

Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of enterprise sales experience in any software product company

- Love for Sales. Someone who loves developing a market from scratch and would love to build career in sales.

- Experience in selling remotely through calls, emails and Demos in International Markets preferred

- Relevant Inside Sales Experience in SaaS sales

- Prior Outbound Lead Generation Experience

Qualification: MBA/BE/BTech

Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
