Icon Resources Group - Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (3-6 yrs)
We are currently looking for Assistant Manager- Inside Sales
Candidate must be comfortable making C level calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities (leads) through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Engaging with "C" level and other decision makers and generate interest
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales/BD team for further development and closure
- Coordination with Sales team/marketing team for arranging/fixing meeting and sessions
- Close sales and achieve quarterly/yearly targets in terms of generating qualified leads
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Good Knowledge of Software product Selling (ERP, CRM,BI, BPM, HPM, CMS, Workflow and e-Forms products and other software products)
Requirements
- 3-6 years of proven Inside sales experience
- Track record of achieving targets
- Strong phone presence and experience in outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
