Job Responsibilities :
Managing a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers covering an industry segment or geographical areas in the region.
Job Profile :
- To lead a group of SM's, ASM's and RM's to achieve corporate business in a given industry segment/ geographical area or a group of companies allocated for this purpose.
- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
- Expected to help team members in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders
Prerequisites :
- Hands on experience with handling sales in BFSI industry
- Candidates from BFSI sector will be preferred
- Team Handling experience is required.
