ICICI Bank - Relationship Manager - Home loans (3-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- To provide personalized Home loan services to identified customers, acquire new customers, understand customer needs and offer enhanced products and services to generate business. Build and increase relationship with new customers and the customers referred by other team members to generate business.
- The Relationship Manager would carry the business and revenue targets through relationship management of the managed customer base and by generating business from new customers or by conducting promotional/ sales activities for US geography.
The Relationship Manager would have the following responsibilities :
- Ensure achievement of monthly as well as annual business and revenue targets through existing relationship management and acquiring a new customer base.
- Analyze business trends and sales figures to formulate new strategies for achieving desired goals.
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Coordinating with product and local sales team in India to deliver an industry-leading customer experience with process and standards in place.
- Managing disbursement of Home loan applications spread across various states in India and ensure successful closers.
- Coordinating with sales teams on all sanctioned cases and update the status for disbursement on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Drive timely identification and resolution of customer issues by utilizing technical support and escalation processes; responsible for keeping India and US stakeholders involved and informed
- Take ownership of client complaints/issues, initiating action, following up with respective units and resolving the problem within stipulated time frame and keeping the clients informed during the process.
- Enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, make calls to existing customers and welcome calls to new customers.
- Render excellent service to the customer with a pleasant demeanor.
- Actively participate in specific projects/new activities in order to facilitate smooth operation of the center or as assigned by the reporting authority.
- Ensure all Bank's policies, regulatory guidelines, Industry service standards and codes of conduct are adhered to.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and strive for continuous improvements.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
