1.Driving unmapped clients that will be mapped to phonebanking team

2. Defining Campaigns & Enabling them in system for the team to refer and action

3. Measurement metrics is to increased book from unmapped book.

3. eRMs will have a target to grow CASA+FD by 20%

4. Increase P2C of each of the mapped clients

Channel Managers (Overseas geographies) Channel Managers (Overseas geo)

1. Provide enablers to Overseas teams to increase boom growth

2. Address day to day issues and concerns from the team

3. Follow up with India teams to assist them with product, process and distribution help

4. Assist them by conducting trainings to newly joined staff and Refresher

5. Track book growth performance and assist in increasing P2C from their clients

CRM Manager CASA (Branch Campaign):

1. Develop and track various new & existing customer engagement opportunities to increase Customer Engagement of existing NRI clients, Increase Activation, Influence Remittance inflows, Up-selling & Cross- selling of products & services, Deeper Mining/ Increase product penetration to increase customer stickiness

2. Develop customer engagement opportunities for India & Overseas Branches there by enabling the team with opportunities to increase Inflows into the customer's account

3. Engagement with BIU analytics to scope & identify opportunities to influence inflows

4. Engage with CRM team to create campaigns

Channel Managers (Affinity & Flagship Branches) Channel Managers (Affinity & Flagship Branches)

1. Drive business mapped of Affinity Branches

2. Affinity Branches to achieve their Monthly target

3. Increase P2C of their branches

4. Influence BMs to enable them with enabler to increase inflows into the account

5. Assist them in enhancing product, process knowledge, conducting trainings to newlyjoined staff and Refresher

6. Assist them to action campaigns and increase conversion

1.
