Ichhapurti.com - Regional Trainer (4-15 yrs)
Candidate should have good knowledge of OJT activities and deliverables and must have at least one year experience with supporting Sales Teams in the field. Also required will be minimum 10 days work commitment required from Trainers end.15 days work commitment will also be provided from our end along with a potential to earn RS 700 to RS 1250 Per Day (all inclusive) along with performance bonuses.
Must have a Self Owned 2 Wheeler for commuting
Language Skills :
Fluency in English, Hindi, Regional Language
Business Requirement:
- Knowledge of FMCG/Ecommerce Sector would be an advantage
- Knowledge of sales and enhancement trainings would be an advantage
- Driving self KRA and Performance for the New Business Development Executives
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
Should be a Non engineering graduate, Minimum 5 Years- experience as a Trainer
Preferred Skills :
Very Strong communication skills, strong writing skills, good at Microsoft office tools.
