Ichhapurti.com - Executive - Vendor Development (8-12 yrs)
- Identify Product/Assortment gap for diverse rural markets across India.
- Coordinate with existing brands to bring in Rural Consumer Centric Product.
- Introduce new product and brands suited for rural markets.
- Manage Commercial viability and P&L at product/brand level
- Relationship with brand teams and farming brands for building additional business channels/opportunities.
- Oversee daily procurement activity and address and resolve supply escalations.
- Coordinate with Ichhapurti.com Internal teams to resolve supply chain issues from brand side
The individual should :
- Have worked with brand(s)/other channels handing multiple product categories, primarily in the durables space at a product development/P&L level
- Have an understanding of various online and offline channels
- Have an understanding of the rural landscape and product categories aligned to that
- Have managed a team
- Speak English and Hindi fluently.
- Ideally have worked/travelled in different parts of India
- Ideally have worked with or done business with various institutional channels
Note :- Preferring candidate for E-Commerce company who is handling FMCG category.
