- Develop / Appoint new dealers to expand product reach in the market working in close interaction with the dealers distributors to assist them to promote the product

- Network Development in the assigned territory - Dealer Scouting, Dealer Boarding, Dealer Development & Nurturing of the dealer network.

- Identify Develop new streams for revenue growth maintain relationships with customers. Analyze review the market response/ requirements communicating the same to the marketing teams for coming up with new launches

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your dealer base. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Network Development in the assigned territory - Dealer Scouting, Dealer Boarding, Dealer Development & Nurturing of the dealer network.

- Train the dealership staff on company policies, processes and systems like sales processes, DMS, etc.

- Plan and execute BTL activities at the dealerships to enhance retails.

- Monitor day-to-day functioning of the dealers and be the point of contact to resolve all queries pertaining to sales.

- Coordinate closely with the service team to resolve all service related issues.

- Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.

- Responsible for coordinating with the finance department for settling dealer claims.

- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil all the requirements of customers or dealerships for their smooth functioning and enhancing both dealer and customer satisfaction. Conduct surveys, feedbacks of customers, dealers from time to time as per company's directions.

- Implementing sales strategies for developing & increasing market share & profitability on a sustainable basis in line with annual business plan.

- Preparing business reports, analysing opportunities, trends, threats and taking well planned corrective business actions based on data to drive efficiencies across the business.

- Track market changes & analysis to map competition strategy. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
