Job Description -

Geographical Area: India,US, UK & Australia (Market)

To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of the company in accordance with agreed business plans.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

- Gathering market and customer information.

- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

Desired Skills and Expertise

- A graduate with a good command over the English language.

- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbal.

Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence.
