Company Overview:

Goldrush Capital Services Group (GCSG) is a leading boutique financial Consultancy group with over 20 years of experience in executing debt & equity transactions across India and beyond. We have executed several marquee transactions across sectors and ticket sizes for major corporates and institutions. We have been empaneled with all the major Commercial banks along with institutions like NHAI. We have our own Fintech arm and we are in the process of setting up our own AIF Fund and NBFC.

Role Overview:

iBankey, the fintech arm of GCSG, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager specializing in Corporate Finance Advisory. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting and delivering our debt advisory and debt raise capabilities, ensuring alignment with clients' financial objectives and fostering long-term partnerships. You will also be responsible for overseeing the seamless onboarding process for new clients onto our Digital Platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with ibankey's services.

- Keep abreast of client funding requirements and major CAPEX/OPEX outlays.

- Understand clients' financial needs and objectives to provide tailored debt advisory solutions


Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.

- Create and implement strategies to expand and retain the client base and expand market presence.

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and address client requirements effectively.

Corporate Finance Advisory

- Promote and articulate our debt & Equity advisory/raise capabilities to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the Investment Analyst/Credit Analyst team & with Senior Managers to structure and present compelling debt & Equity solutions to corporate clients.

- Guide & Support clients through the entire debt-raising process, ensuring a seamless and successful execution.

Corporate Onboarding:

Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a seamless integration into ibankey's systems and services.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure that the onboarding process aligns with all relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Client Education:

- Provide guidance and education to clients about ibankey's suite of products, services, and technological advancements.

- Reporting and Documentation. Maintain comprehensive records and generate reports related to the onboarding process, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate onboarding or a related field.

- Proven track record in managing corporate client relationships.

- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

-Preferred Candidates from Fintech or Banking.
