We are looking for Sales Professional who is positive, smart, proactive, dynamic with leadership skill set, willing to work hard towards the company's objectives.

Designation : Sales Executive/ Sales Representative

Product :- Networking Products,Security Products (CCTV),Networking Products - Baton (iBall Baton & Networking Product) or CCTV (IBall Gaurd Security Product)

note : Candidate has channel sales experience would be preferred.

Job Description:-

1. Setting up new retail partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.

2. Implementing retail marketing plans set out by the marketing team.

3. Working closely with sales teams within the retail partner to train and advise.

4. Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organisation.

5. Monthly reporting on sales KPIs within channel partners.

6. Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director.

7. Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.

8. Addressing customer service issues as raised by the retail partner.

9. Identifying and reaching out to new potential retail partners.

10. Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization.

Key Skills :

- Previous experience of driving channel/retail sales ideally within the same product category and channel.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.

- Strong personal network within the industry.

- Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.

- Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
