Job Description :

- We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service through both chat and call processes. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is required for this role.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer queries and concerns via chat and calls in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Ensure all interactions are recorded accurately in the system.

- Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call/chat quality, and productivity.

Requirements :

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (spoken and written).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
