Job Role :

Pre Sales is an initial stage in the sales cycle. Our Pre-Sales team conceptualize solutions for sale, put together the technical solutions that meet the customer needs and co - ordinate with various internal and external stake holders to build proposals, defend bids and fine tune to meet the needs of the customers. They carry out the activities before a customer is acquired. They also project the thought leadership of the organisation through their speaking engagements.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, organise, plan, create and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

- Create custom RFPs and MOAs as per each potential client's needs.

- Customise pitch decks for the demos as per the potential clients- problem statements and solution that can be offered by our products.

- Create and maintain custom logins that can be used for demos and shared with potential clients for evaluation.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

- Be on top of the market trends and refine the sales pitch regularly.

- Liaise with the product development team and be updated on all the latest features that are deployed

- Provide assistance to the marketing team in terms of technical detailing for marketing collaterals.

- Create and maintain collaterals for knowledge support for the sales team.

An ideal fit :

- 2 to 6 years of pre sales or relevant experience is mandatory.

- A background in Computer Science or allied fields with an MBA is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong presentation skills showing close attention to detail.

- Strong analytical thinking ability and problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and work together.

- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.

- Basic understanding of graphic design would be an added advantage.
