- The right person for the job would be someone who is a team member and also well focused to commit to individual targets. Should be street smart to have their own ideas as well as ample training would be provided on the technical front required for the job.

- Must know basic excel and use of CRM Software's to manage calling and sales data.

- The right person should work in an individual capacity. Targets would be assigned as per Salary & Experience.

- Should have basic knowledge of using LinkedIn (Sales navigator would be an added advantage)

- Leads and Data would be provided to the candidate on a daily basis.

- Expected to send initial emails on all the new leads on the same day, a minimum of one call to be tried on the number available on the lead.

- We also expect the candidate to work on a dump of previous leads, regular emails and follow-ups to be done, also to try to connect the prospect on different platforms LinkedIn or WhatsApp.

- Decent number of cold calls to be done to the dump data on a daily basis.

- Should have the capability of talking to decision makers and setting up virtual calls / meetings.

After sales - Assigning the project to the designated team with all the specific requirements.

- Also any commitments if done to the client should be notified to the team while handover.

- Good written and verbal English communication skills are a must.

- Should have basic knowledge of IT Services (Website, Digital Marketing and applications) and Sales and Marketing.
