I2Cure - Executive - B2B Sales (2-4 yrs)

- Owning / exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. Proven sales experience

- Looking candidates, having sales experience specifically range of Cosmeceutical, Pharmaceutical & Veterinary products

- Have connections in the Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Cosmetic products market.

- Perform duties in alignment with the company's Mission, Values, Mission;

- Close sales through a consultative sales process;

- Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the City Wide value proposition;

- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information;

- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identify customer's needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations;

- Signing on New accounts to build your base;

- Strategic development to increase member base generation;

- Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis;

- Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects;

- Sell additional coverage to existing clients;

- Achieve annual sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on progress toward those goals;

- Ability to perform in and outside of office.

- Identify new leads and gather the necessary information for submissions;

- Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms;

- Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature;

- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

- Minimum 2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience;

- Proven track-record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales;

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations;

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience;

- Ability to navigate basics of office suite (word/outlook/excel);

- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline;

- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting;

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

- Willingness to obtain Producer License, or current valid license;

- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
