I & S Buildtech - Performance Marketer (2-5 yrs)
ABOUT ROLE -
We are hiring Growth Marketers who have a proven track record of running successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably at an Real Estate company.
Role and Responsibility
1. Responsible for planning, strategizing and execution of digital strategies by keeping the end results in mind.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies, focused on-demand generation, conversion optimization and driving revenue in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base.
3. Responsible for research present a sales/marketing pitch for prospects (Business Development)
4. Responsible for preparing monthly performance reports.
5. Responsible for new customer acquisition campaigns, customer retention, and traffic driving campaigns, display advertising, search marketing (SEO and SEM), email marketing, retargeting and social marketing.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant work experience (2-5 years)
2. proficient in Digital Marketing, Result-oriented.
3. Self-driven personality, creative mind.
SALARY - negotiable (based on experience.)
